Training – From the start, you have guidance and training to help you on your way. From 2 day 'Reboot' camps which cover the basics of EntrepreNERDism to The University of NERDology. Our own U of N is comprised of courses put together and run by eNerds themselves and based on real life experience!
Tools - NerdDisks is a collection of CDs that no nerd should be without - OS images, XPE startup CD, windows updates and more and available to all nerds - we have a team of nerds dedicated to updated and supplying the latest images so that we can all be more efficient. Each new nerd receives a 'Brand Pac' which includes business cards, shirt, reading and promotional materials. There is also a website dedicated to NERDchandise (marketing CD's, postcards, branded folders, t-shirts, jackets, hats, mugs, pens and more) so that nerds have ongoing and immediate access to business tools and promotional items.
Suppliers - : Existing local and national supplier relationships allow you to maintain a base inventory or access large volumes with time to turn it over. A wide variety of sources to supply your clients with all their technology needs.
Administration - Too often, folks who go into business for themselves soon become overwhelmed with the administration overhead. Little time is left for doing what they love. We offer a team of patient, skilled people who take care of the day to day - reconciling payments, sending receipts (should a client request hardcopy or fax), ordering and tracking inventory, collecting and remitting sales tax, dealing with RMAs and more so that nerds can concentrate on their clients and their business. In addition, our online RAF Enterprise system also provides real-time account tracking and reports.
